To keep your Lu Bella Jewellery looking beautiful and it's best for longer we recommend the following:
- Remove your jewellery before showering, bathing and always before swimming in chlorinated water or the sea.
- Keep your jewellery out of direct sunlight & avoiding exposure to humidity and extreme conditions.
- Minimise contact with water, body lotions, perfumes, sun lotions, hairspray and cleaning products as these may lead to tarnishing over time.
- When not worn, store your Jewellery in a cool, dry place or in the box/pouch it came with. Avoid keeping with other pieces of jewellery to ensure it doesn't rub or scratch.

Does it tarnish?
We're confident on the quality of our Jewellery so much that we offer a 1 year warranty.
Having said that, all Jewellery tarnishes over time if not kept and maintained. Here are some tips to keep your jewellery looking better for longer.
Is it Sterling Silver?
Our carded Jewellery is silver plated brass. It's still great quality, just not as expensive as sterling silver.
Everything else on the site is Rhodium plated Sterling Silver.
Does it come in a gift bag or other packaging?
Yes - all of our Jewellery comes with complementary gift bag and gift card. You can also upgrade our Sentiments range with a gift box to make it extra special.
All sterling silver comes with presentation box or pouch.
Will the bracelet fit me?
Our stretchy bracelets are designed to fit all sized wrists. If your wrist is small it'll hang slightly loose. Is your wrist large? they have a lot of give so will sit more snugly.
With our other bracelets and necklaces - they all come with an extender so you can adjust to fit.
Can you write a gift message for me?
Yes. You can personalise your own gift message which we will print and include with your order for free.
How quickly do you deliver?
We dispatch all orders the same day before 2pm each weekday and we have a Next Day delivery service if you need to quick.
Can I return if I don't like?
Yes. If you're not happy with your purchase you can return to us within 30 days.
